This is the second post of a series based on installing and configuring VMware Horizon View 6. In this post I have created a video showing the steps necessary to create a replica server (a second VMware Horizon View connection server).

The steps for the installation are very similar to installing the first connection server with the exception of having to point to the original connection server so the replica can be joined to the deployment and the ADAM database replicated.

Again the recommended virtual machine specs for a replica server are 4vCPU’s and 10GB of RAM. As the installation package is minimal a standard VMDK size of around 40-80GB is ample.
