It’s no surprise that as I write this everyone’s year has been that little bit different and I hope you are all staying safe and well. We can’t take away the tragedy and chaos Covid-19 has caused however this has brought about some radical changes in many peoples working practices and an opportunity that really cannot be ignored. Covid-19 gives us a real chance to come out the other side with a better way of working for both employees and employers, handing over a world to our children that we are proud to have helped shaped in our working lives.
