Cloudgateway 2 Empolyeeid does not exist error


When initially setting up the Appcontroller for Cloudgateway 2 enterprise, you may on submitting the initial config into the webui of the gateway receive an error stating “employeeid does not exist” .

This error is caused by Cloudgateways reliance on Active Directory and specific fields being completed, so when you configure your AD authentication account within Cloudgateway make sure the account you use has the firstname, lastname and email address fields completed within Active Directory.
